Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:

• Is in new condition.
• Hasn’t been washed, worn or altered.
• Is accompanied by the original invoice.
• Is returned according to the schedule below.

Timing for a Return / Exchange

  • Item has to be returned or exchanged within 15 days.
  • Only full-priced items can be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a requested size is out of stock we can send you the new item when stock becomes available or issue you a refund.
  • Refunds are made via the PayPal account with which you purchased the item only and do not include the refunding of any shipping costs.
  • Exchanges to international addresses may require additional shipping fees at our discretion.

Making a Return

You are responsible for the cost of any return postage yourself. The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address: J.Lin Swim77 Bleecker St, Suite 810, New York, NY 10012. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items – please use a postal carrier that enables package tracking if you want to ensure delivery.
